Barefoot Shoes For Daily Wear

Most people today wear barefoot shoes for their workouts or for their runs. This is great. Barefoot shoes help you keep your form more natural and help you be stable during your workouts.

However there is an elephant in the room that needs to be addressed. 

While this is great, you’d run or workout probably for an hour or two at max during a day. The other 8-10 hours that you are in shoes, your feet are going through hell.

All the work that is put into keeping feet healthy and mobile goes to waste when you sit in bad shoes all day long otherwise.

How that we know the problem, there is a simple solution. 

Shoes that promote natural foot function and have ample space for your toes should become a part of your daily life.

In case a solution like the Zen Barefoot shoes are not available, here are certain things that you can do to minimise the issues that may arise from wearing dress shoes to office - 

  1. Try removing your shoes, and being barefoot at your desk if possible

  2. Exercise your feet and use toe separators during the day time to time to restore natural toe splay

  3. Get barefoot shoes

Natural foot function should not be a hard choice, but a default and we will make it happen.
