Zen Reground Insoles are thin, flat, minimalist insoles for barefoot shoes.

They are a default in all Zen Barefoot shoes (thickness may vary based on model.)

Providing just the right amount of cushioning for your feet, while maintaining ground feel and proprioception.

All our shoes have removable and replaceable insoles.
Two variants available - 3mm and 4mm.

  • The indicated measurements in cm refers to the inside length of the shoe. It depicts the recommended measurement of your foot length. Ex. if your foot length is 27.9cm, you would probably fit best in UK10/Z9.
  • All dimensions are approximate and may vary based on your specific foot shape.
  • All our shoes are wider than conventional shoes.
  • We've adjusted this guide in accordance with regular sizing norms. Order what you would for any other brand.
  • In case you have really wide feet, consider sizing up.
  • The absolute perfect way to order however, would be to measure your foot heel to largest toe.
