Refund policy

We at Zen Barefoot have crafted our footwear for real movement and healthy living.
We will take care of shipping & exchanges at our end, so you can go ahead and get started on your barefoot journey, hassle free.

We have a Free 7-day Trial Policy. If 7 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in:

• unused and the same condition as you received it
• the original packaging
• have the return tag intact

A refund shall not be processed in the following cases:

• If the product is returned after seven days
• If the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging
• If the method of payment is COD at checkout.

Exclusive Sale

•  We will be happy to collect returns and process exchanges if the cart value at checkout is greater than Rs. 2500/-
• In case of a size issue, defective or damaged product, we would be happy to assist you in exchange for the orders placed during the sale
• Exchange is subject to size availability

You will receive a confirmation as soon as the Product is received, and your payment will be processed within ten business days of receipt of the returned package.
