Indian Barefoot Shoes Important

Barefoot Shoes For Indian Feet

India is an agricultural country. We have spent most of our lives barefoot culturally. This combined with genetics is the reason why we have wider feet than most western nations.

Most shoes are designed based on feet of either European or American feet. Think of any major brand that you wear today, and the entire mold on which the shoe is based is not fit, especially for Indian feet.

The shoes that you wear today are very narrow. This is also a reason why most Indians actually end up wearing one size larger than their actual foot size.

Barefoot shoes change this. Barefoot shoes have a wide toe box. And especially here at Zen Barefoot, we have done extensive research, and testing, to ensure that the toe box for all our shoes is wide for the people of India.

When you wear ill- fitting shoes, you put yourself at the risk of developing bunions, plantar fasciitis and chronic pains. Barefoot shoes allow you to use your feet like they were designed to be used.
They protect you from urban hazards, but keep your gait, and your foot alignment natural.

The widest part of a shoe should be the toe box, given our toes are the widest part of our foot, or at least were, when we were born.

If you look down at your feet and your toes aren’t the widest part of your foot, your bad shoes have already taken a toll. But that is not the end of it. Barefoot shoes, combined with foot mobility exercises can take you back to your natural and healthy alignment.

Try them out today and you will start seeing the difference within a couple of months.
